Cancellation Policy
Beauty Treatment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate your needs. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, please review our policy below: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled treatment time. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee or the loss of your booking deposit. To make changes, please contact us directly by phone, text, or email. 2. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid delays for other clients. 3. No-Show Policy Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged the full treatment amount or forfeit their deposit. 4. Courtesy Reminder Appointment reminders are sent in advance; however, it is the client’s responsibility to manage their bookings.
