At Pashoa, we take pride in offering high-quality beauty and aesthetic treatments, products, and services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking an appointment.

This website is hosted on Wix.com, which provides our online booking and payment platform. All payments made through our website are securely processed by Wix or trusted third-party providers.

1. Treatments & Appointments
  • All treatment payments and deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the loss of your deposit or session.

  • In the rare event that we must cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

2. Treatment Packages
  • Packages (including courses or multi-session plans) are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

  • Appointments within a package may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your booked time, but the overall package cannot be cancelled or refunded once started.

  • If you are unable to continue your treatments for medical reasons, we may review your situation on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.

3. Products
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used beauty or skincare products for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, and we will arrange an exchange or replacement.

4. Gift Vouchers
  • All gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers must be used before their expiry date and are valid only for the services stated.

5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or forfeited appointment.

  • Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable and will result in the loss of any deposit paid.

6. Refund Exceptions
  • Refunds will only be issued if Pashoa cancels or cannot provide a service for reasons beyond your control.

  • Dissatisfaction with a treatment outcome does not automatically entitle you to a refund, as results can vary between individuals.

  • However, we always strive to resolve concerns professionally and fairly — please contact us if you’re unhappy with your experience.
