A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Failure to attend or cancel within 24 hours may result in the loss of your deposit or session (see our Cancellation Policy for details).
3. Treatment Packages

Package plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Package sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

Appointments within a package can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, but the overall package cannot be cancelled or refunded once started.
4. Payments

We accept payments online (via Wix Payments or other secure providers) and in-salon.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate at the time of booking.

All prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

Vouchers must be used before the expiry date stated.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
6. Medical & Safety Information

Some treatments may not be suitable for all clients. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.

Pashoa reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments if it is unsafe to proceed.
7. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten or cancel your treatment to avoid delays for other clients.

Missed appointments without notice will be marked as no-shows and may result in a charge or forfeiture of deposit/session.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
